NuaCreates is not currently accepting payment. These terms are a product draft and do not replace the completed consumer contract required before paid launch.

Business operator

The company has not been formed or named yet. This is a launch blocker, not a substitute legal identity.

Using the beta

Use NuaCreates only for work you have the right to upload and process. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, impersonate them, or generate unlawful content. Connected AI and media actions occur only when you request them and may be subject to provider terms.

Your work

You retain your rights in original work you provide. Generated output may be subject to law, provider terms and third-party rights. NuaCreates does not promise exclusivity or copyright protection for generated material.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not active. Final price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, support, service availability, governing law and dispute information must be completed and displayed before any order can create a payment obligation.

Use Contact for beta support. A durable business contact and complaint-handling route must be added before paid launch.
