Current beta rule: NuaCreates uses generated or provider-supplied voices and fictional characters by default. Personal voice cloning and personal-likeness avatars are disabled. Nothing is silently published.

Before a provider request

The workspace shows the intended provider, the bounded material to be sent and the maximum approved cost. A paid request starts only after the creator confirms it. Provider billing remains the source of truth.

Voice and likeness

Use a provider voice or a newly generated voice that is not presented as a real person. Do not upload or clone a person’s voice, face or likeness without a separate consent record and rights review. NuaCreates does not treat ownership of an account as consent from another person.

Uploads and private work

Only the material required for the selected action is sent. Private references stay local or in approved private storage until an explicit transfer is approved. Temporary signed links can expire without deleting copies already retained by a provider, so provider retention terms still matter.

Current provider position

Enabled only after configuration, successful test and a rights review: OpenAI, xAI/Grok, HeyGen/LiveAvatar, ElevenLabs, fal-hosted models and Shotstack. Exact model, plan, region and account data settings can change what is permitted.

HeyGen needs an account-specific check: its API is a separately billed pay-as-you-go product; website-plan credits do not automatically cover API use. Its current general terms describe use of submitted content for service improvement and model training for non-enterprise use, while enterprise data is stated to be excluded from training by default. The account plan, API terms and applicable DPA must be checked before using it for commercial customer work. Until then, do not send sensitive or personal media. Restricted pending contract review: Runway for private media unless suitable enterprise terms are in place, and ByteDance/Volcano Ark until the governing account terms and data settings are recorded.

Publication

Generation, approval, export and publication are separate steps. NuaCreates does not silently publish a draft, image, narration, avatar video or assembled movie. The creator must make the final publication decision.
